SEIPI collects and processes such information for event registration purposes only. The information shall be retained only for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of such legitimate purpose, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or for legitimate business purposes, or as provided by law, provided however, that such information gathered may also be used for historical, statistical or scientific purposes, and in cases laid down by law.
SEIPI will ensure that such information collected under its custody are accurate, relevant, kept up to date, and protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing. Any inaccurate or incomplete data shall be destroyed or their further processing restricted.
